Now here's the kicker folks!
After 10 years of selling, his contract kicks in for Centennial benefits of percentage of sales from HALO 1 on up. So we are talking about 1 to 2 Billion dollars. The 10 years were up in 2012. And what happened to Rupert in July of 2012? SCANDAL
Rupert Sanders was already married to Liberty Ross BEFORE he worked on Bungie's HALO. California is a Community Property State. 50% of assets go to each party. When they married Rupert didn't have anything much and Liberty had a lot. Liberty had a pre- nup but probably Rupert did not as he did not have anything.
But does he ever NOW!
Without the scandal Liberty Ross would get 50%. A very nice piece of change. With the Scandal she got even more. You can bet your farm on that.
Who wanted to move to California, a community property state, but which still abides by pre-nups? Who had everything to gain and nothing to lose?

CORRECTION: My photoshop genius says NOTHING is as good as the human eye and a good photoshopper knows how to hack around this software. For these 4 images note the foliage. At top right the woman's hair is softly lit by the sun and tendrils are blowing in the breeze. The leaves below in all 4 images have not changed or rustled with the breeze in upper right or the bottom 2 images.
The feathery shadow immediately to the right of Kristen in upper left, and to the right of Rupert in upper right and to the right of Kristen in the bottom images are all exactly the same as it falls on the top of the fence.
If you go to the Poopsugar links you can run the cursor over the image to enlarge any portion of it. All of the images by the fence have that same feathery shadow. In some it is blurred and in others in sharper focus.
The figures do not cast any shadow on the top of the fence. Shadows can only be photoshopped in on a flat surface. To curve them around the fence is major time and who is going to notice anyway. There are shadows on the ground, that is enough.
I put Charlize Theron's face on Kristen.People easily let themselves be manipulated. Many of us become easy targets for such things.All I want to say is that people should not believe in everything that the media say or show.
Where could paps have been to take the pictures at the angle they were taken? Tell me! And 4 sets (of paps) of them?

Note here the entrance to the cul de sac (dead end) street here as its reflection in Kristen's car door is quite different. To adjust the reflection on the car door requires a particular software and expertise to produce. # 8 Poopsugar down below on the left.
Please link for the huge pictures at Gossip Cop left by Lynnette as a commenter that have been ignored by the site administrators of the "supposed" expose of false reporting in the tabloids. The foliage is particularly interesting as it is quite different from the "cheating" images. Please examine if you want to see for yourself.
Kristen's car is a black Mini-Cooper - Onyx Black. This car is Graphite Black.
Only a car OCD person would notice that one.
Also her car is flat on a sloping road. See the tires,the door.
Notice Lynnette's white car parked in the same place. It is slanted. So Kristen's car has been photoshopped in here.

In the above images the shadows at Kristen's feet and Rupert's are small, less than knee high, past noon, and probably around 2 PM Daylight Saving Time and they are photoshopped in.
In #12 at Poopsugar note the outline of sunlight on Rupert's right leg from his knee down and at his heel and all the way down his left leg. It is as if the sun is hitting his legs obliquely but still falls full on the top of the fence.
The 2 sources of light in these images have been discussed in detailHEREso I won't bore you again with it. If you have not read it, then link and read as it clarifies even more IMO.
Since the sun is hitting the figures obliquely, from the west but partly shaded by the tree, why are their shadows not falling on the top of the fence? Only the one feathery shadow to the right of them, which remains the same whether Kristen is flush with the fence, or Rupert is against the fence, this shadow remains the same.
In the Poopsugar images by running the cursor over the image, you will see that sometimes it is sharper and sometimes more blurred.
But always the same feathery shadow.
And NEVER the shadows of the figures.
As if they are ghosts in the image eh!
Now why is this?
But before I tell you note the bright white surface on the top of the fence. All traces of grain in the wood have disappeared.
Here's where I got in an argument with my photoshopping expert. My reason was because the sun was shining full on the top of the fence, perpendicular to it, at right angles to it and that was why there was no grain.
No I was told. Look at Lynnette's photos of the fence and the garage door (in detail in this link) and at Gossip Cop NOT, where they are huge.
My argument continued about the sun, the 2 sources of light, but my OCD photoshopper said the smooth white at the top of the fence that made it look like plastic (it does and I had noticed and commented before that it looked like plastic) was due to, are you ready:

A normal distribution is known as a Gaussian distribution curve
In photoshopping it sort of does the same thing to an area of the image you want to blur along a distribution of x number of pixels. Soften an image or an outline.

If you are taking 2 images from different places, of different sizes and importing them into a background both are not going to be focused equally. One may need to be sharpened and one may need to be blurred in order to match.
This is what you will use Gaussian Blur for in these images.
In case you don't know where I am going, here it is straight out. And Gaussian Blur as you will see in the video affects the entire image. You will see it go completely black before the layer changes.
The figures were photoshopped into the fence location. The foliage was photoshopped around them. This is why they cast no shadows of their own on the top of the fence. The original location had the tree leaves casting shadows on the top of the fence. But the figures pasted in came from all different light sources and shade ones had to be chosen, and background filled in. Overlooked by the photoshopper who never expected such a keen dissection of their work. There are thousands of pap pictures of Kristen Stewart and her clothes could easily have been photoshopped on her figure to match what she was wearing the day she met Rupert Sanders by the fence.
She had to meet him there or she would know she had never been there. People have seen pics - removed now - of her carrying papers with her.
Kristen is wearing a sleeveless white T with a little pocket and yellow bra straps show at her shoulders.
It's very HOT out!
Rupert is wearing a long sleeved jacket. Is he dressing for chilly weather? I suspect all Rupert's pictures were taken at the same time as there is not the assortment to be had of him as for Kristen in all sizes, poses, attire, hair color and length whatever.
Unless he is in on this. But if he is in on this why is he not wearing a T shirt for hot weather? And why does he look like a cardboard cut out?
In addition the sizes of the two figures are going to be different. They need to be re-sized to be the right size relative to each other. And relative to the height of the fence. Lynnette is 5' 4", just 1 inch taller than Kristen (Stewart's CV lists her at 5'6" but she is 5' 3") so you can see that the top of the fence is at her breasts. Kristen's waist hits the top of the fence. The heads and faces need to be in proportion. You don't just take the figure and make it smaller. You tweak it here. And there. And over there. Until you get it right and you will probably never get it right in this instance.
Then you fill in the background around them as you must leave a space to move them into.
This is what makes the images feel off. No chemistry between them. Kristen looks uncomfortable, because they really are pap pics from another place and time.
What I cannot understand is why no journalist went to the site to investigate. The errors are glaring when you see the above images.
They are like cardboard paper dolls being moved around and positioned and the photoshopper does not know what Kristen looks like when she is turned on. Her face can be turned, inverted, her mouth, eyes, lips etc all tweaked.
Her known rings must be correct, her nail polish and you begin to see the infinite number of variables involved to get them right.
Photoshop can make you look any way the photoshopper wants you to look. Fat, thin, flexible, stiff, whatever. Amazing.
So if you don't know all this stuff you can't ask the right questions. When you look at pics, you can't observe what you are looking at.

US Weekly has no such expert on their staff. They can command up to one million a year so Pixar, etc has them, not magazines. All Kristen would see was herself but not herself. She would know someone did this but not know how they did, and how good they had to be to do it. And how much software and hard drive power they had to have to do it, not to mention the skill. So how could she ever explain it and defend herself. I watched him take the layers back explaining why each one was done. There are hundreds and hundreds of layers. And still we never got to the original with no figures at all.
Someone who knew photoshopping but was not certified so could not command a minimum of 200K a year - and they would never risk their certification by doing this -
was the person who did this. 200 Grand for these images was a very nice paycheck. Each image took about 8 hours so now we see why it took so long from THAT AFTERNOON until the pictures were sold and delivered. Well I just got back from about 4 hours of a tutorial in photoshopping. To do those pics: choices.
1. video Rupert and Liberty in poses on green screen background. Fill it in later.
2. photoshop it. From scratch or from stills taken off the video. The video is non existent for sure.
3. Photo the fence and fill in the figures.
What's needed: About a $30,000 powerful computer and about $25,000 worth of photoshop software and accessory tools as some tools do one thing and another does another.

It turns out that the slightly disturbing pictures didn't require a touch of Photoshop on Sanders' face. As on "Believe," the director once again teamed with photographer Chris Soos and Stan Winston Studios to capture things in camera--the subjects in the photos are wearing a Rupert Sanders mask, created for this shoot from a scan of the director's head originally made during preproduction on theHalo 3 diorama figurines. Well the interview from Little White Lies doesn't prove anything but Maier uses it as a jump off platform for her speculations which are interesting, but still just speculation.
When the news first broke that she got caught openly cheating on Robert Pattinson with Rupert Sanders by a perfectly-positioned paparazzi, I got suspicious. How could an actress who’s so aware of her popularity and so invested in her privacy get photographed kissing another man at a popular location.
Almost immediately, I thought this entire scandal reeked of a PR stuntand as anyone who’s been to Crushable in the past month knows, I’m a blogger possessed. Yes, I’m obsessed with figuring out every last detail about how planned it, who knew about it and who’s making money off of it. So far everything’s going to the plan I envisioned in my head. - Jenni Maier
This article at Crushable produced hundreds of comments and some of them are very intelligent. These people are good detectives. US Weekly is known for its uneducated, married middle aged and older housewives with prurient tastes.
They are contemptuous of their readers and make no attempt to edit their articles to ensure that pictures are current with their stories or that their facts do not contradict each other. "Those cunts will never notice. We can say what we want so sue us you can't take a joke!"

We live about an hour away, and over the weekend decided to check it out. Took a while to get down the street, but we did it. We stood where the "paps" where, and I do have to say that there is NO WAY they couldn't see them. It's a street! There are shrubs all along one side of the road (Where Kristen's car is.), and on the other side is a house. The side with the house is the side where the railing is, and past the railing are a few more shrubs, and another house.
A little ways up past more houses is another railing where you can see in the far distance the Hollywood Sign. It's far though.
The area where the PAPS where the road splits in two, and there is open space (Grass.) in the middle. Nowhere to really hide!
WentToTheSpot!: if you go to google maps, and type in the address (which i am going to try to find right now) of the corner of that street they were on you can pan around, and see where the paps where sitting. there is nothing there. just a street. i know what you are talking about!!!!
Ana Bastow: The thing that niggles at me is that she had to have known that pappos were probably around -- because they ALWAYS are with her. She's been so media savvy --both she and RP have. Kept everyone guessing about their relationship, kept their private lives completely under wraps. Then when the scandal broke, they both managed to disappear like so much smoke, and NO ONE got a single snap of them during that time. It was only when they wanted to be photographed that new images emerged.
My point is, she's no fool when it comes to being aware of media and photographers (nor is RP, for that matter). So I have a hard time believing she simply lost her head and 'forgot' about the likelihood of pappos being around when she and Rupert met up.
What I'm confused about is why she let the episode continue, knowing she was being photographed. Maybe she just didn't give a rip. Maybe she set it up herself. Maybe she thought she could smooth things over and keep them from becoming public. Or--and this is an uncomfortable speculation -- maybe she simply had no choice.
I can think of a bunch of arguments against the first two, The second two seem more plausible to me. But then, there may be other reasons and possibilities none of us has yet thought of.
I'll say it again; I don't necessarily agree with Jenni's entire theory on this event, but something about it is off. Way off.

That he called her to meet up, he walked, waited by the fence, made a move on her from behind, she pushed him a way/pulled away, went back to her car, he asked for a ride back, he went in for a smooch (if you look at that bottom photo of him going in for a kiss he has his eye open LOOKING at the camera) she is pushed against the door of the car, when she saw the camera she threw a hat that she had with her on, and drove off in a hurry. ???????
I have seen Kristen's face when she is loved/in love/wanting, but the look on her face in these pics look of confusion, and ext. Not of someone loving/liking what is happening.
Irish Girl : Absolutely. The story the photogs. gave to US which they published, is NOT evidenced in the photos.
Photogs said They were making out by fence post and would break apart and walk in different directions when someone walked by. Where are those photos? Would they not be pertinent to publish?
Also, photogs said Kristen dropped off Rupert near his home and they kissed more before he leaves her car.
Why did they not capture this and only have Rupert walking away solo???
nena: Yes, US did publish the first pics and the stories. Pop Sugar got the exclusives on her post-scandal pictures. The paps story that US published doesn't add up. "Cyber sleuths" have found that the pictures at the guardrail are on a residential street (Pacific View Drive) not a trail overlooking Hollywood and it is not secluded at all. If you google earth it you can see there are very few places for a pap to hide, let alone one that followed you up a twisty, winding road (remember, by this time, according to the story, the original pap had called for and gotten four back-up photographers.
The magazine claims as they arrived at the overlook, after Rupert directs her where to park:
“ By then it was 5:15 PM and the two stayed in the car...when it seemed quiet in the park, the two dared to leave the car to take in the view. Leaning against the guard rail, he embraced her from behind ...‘A few people would walk by, and as soon as they heard a voice, they would split up and walk in other directions.’ When a group of people with a dog came along, the two RETREATED TO HER CAR TO KISS FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES before leaving’’. If the pap is hiding and using a telephoto lens, how did he know the two would "hear" a voice and split up (should be too far away). Also, her car is parked up against an embankment - how could he get in the passenger door? THEN she drives him home, lets him out, and there's a final kiss, but there is absolutely no picture of that.
How'd Rupe get there? Paps say Kristen waited for him for 15 minutes and then he gets in the car; however, there are no pictures of this at all.
Paps claim rupe was kissing her all over her body, but there are no pictures of that.
Paps claim that they drove all over LA looking for places to make out, but pics are only from two places - the guardrail and the parking lot. This is proved because in every parking lot picture you can see the same building reflection in it. There's more - don't want to bore anyone who's not interested so let me know if you have other questions. Not trying to sound like an insider or anything, it's just an odd mystery to me.
jennt: Oh this isn't boring at all, it's very interesting! Keep it coming. I'm trying understand and get all this info. This scandal is intriguing, and I'm trying to figure out what is going on. And I cannot keep up with all of the theories, reasons, facts and new insights to this drama. One thing for sure, something ain't right.And it isn't what it appears to be.
KS didn't break RP trust. He's in on it. They all are. It'll all come out at some point and they know their real fans will support their brave tactics, hollywood will know they are not to be messed with, critics will be impressed they actually had the balls and the media will be played the fools that (some outlets) have a tendancy to be. It's also probably a lesson to all in quit getting so invested in the lives of people you have no business in and get out there and play the leading part in your own lifes script. nena: Their storytelling is part of the stunt, and the stunt is orchestrated by Kristen Stewart et al - no authentic sleaze, just a game being played out in gossip columns to achieve certain desired results, whatever they are...
Let's pretend you're famous and you're out one night with friends, hubby is somewhere else, all is well in your life. But you're wearing these gorgeous new shoes, and you trip holding a cocktail....and a random guy catches you. Next day headlines scream "Nena's drunk, caught out with mystery man" and that you're drinking because marriage is in trouble....blah blah blah. Then it can grow from there. Is it true? Doesn't Kristen and crew know very very well how this whole gossip crap works and know how to play it to create whatever illusions they are trying to create? It's all B.S. And the public eats it up. Not a word is said from any of the key players - they can just step out with a ring or without it like Rupert and Liberty and the stories just roll along (with a little help from "sources").
That's my rambling for tonight!
Here's the interesting thing to ponder, and it's the detail that raised a big red flag to me, saying "something's not right". Look at the photos of them at the outdoor area again. And look very closely at HOW her Mini is parked. It's facing forward, with the headlamps towards the cameras.
If the pappos had been FOLLOWING her, there's no way they would have gotten a photo from that angle. The only way to do that is to be waiting in a specific spot, knowing you'll get a clear shot at your target.
Rupert and Liberty have talked about divorce? Liberty wants name recognition. Having been a high fashion model she knows all about this. Liberty thinks he is infatuated with Kristen (she lobbied for Kristen to get the part you know) and maybe thinks Kristen is also? She knows - suspects? - he is going to meet Kristen or maybe he tells her? SHE alerts the paps and when she gets the news, tweets "wow" and "Good things fall apart so better things can come together." Here's the Snow White pic attributed to her but it is in doubt. Credible that she did it? Hell yes! A great image for her to have tweeted. Then she waits for the fallout. Did Rupert want to disrupt robsten? Maybe Kristen did too? Maybe she met him to talk biz stuff and then he made moves? He's a sexy, good looking, smart, accomplished man. I can see why she would be attracted. From the comments of someone who went there to spec the place out, it is a residential street. Not a secluded park as US Weekly would have us believe. No place to hide. Did Rupert say, "See there are no papz around, we can see all around us. So Kristen is not worried. She can see no one is there. And it is very close to where Sanders lives. Does Liberty look upset to you? Does Sanders? What if Sanders placed a hidden camera in the location or what if Liberty did and then he walked to where he knew it would be. Maybe there were no papz? Maybe a go-between sold the pics? Does she gets caught? Do her people probably try to buy them so she has a couple of days? Maybe she tells Rob right away? Maybe she doesn't? When it hits she sees lots of possibilities in it and goes with the flow. Now she is seen as a seductress. That's good. Robsten disappears. That's good. So if Rob knows, and expects this storm that is coming, he can see the advantages. Cosmopolis, additional offers, etc if he plays it just right. So it's an unexpected nuisance, but it has its good points for sure. Did Rupert know? Maybe, maybe not. I am thinking he did because the pics are just off as far as he is concerned. He looks directly into the camera in a few. Maybe he just wanted it both ways? Her and a divorce. ???? Name recognition? All of the above, some of the above? But both Kristen and Rob could see how to make lemonade from it. I can see her going home and telling him what happened and then planning a strategy?
